Data processing agreement

This agreement applies to every business account and forms part of the terms of service. KWIK L Inc acts as processor; the customer is the controller.

Scope

The business profile, prospects, contacts, messages, approvals and related records the customer brings into or creates in KWIK L. Clinical, financial-account and similar special-category data must not be entered into KWIK L and is excluded.

Obligations

Processing only on documented instructions; confidentiality; security measures appropriate to the risk; assistance with data-subject requests; deletion or return at the end of the service; a published sub-processor list, with changes notified 30 days in advance; cooperation with audits.

Transfers

Data is held on the infrastructure listed on the sub-processors page. Where the law requires it, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

AI providers

Model providers are engaged under API terms that exclude training on customer data.
