The service

KWIK L provides software that prepares and, with your approval, carries out marketing and sales actions in the name of your business. You remain responsible for the business, its offers and its obligations; KWIK L does not sign contracts, accept offers or spend money on your behalf.

Approvals

Actions that cost money, create a commitment, contact a new audience for the first time or fall under professional or advertising rules require your explicit approval in the product. This requirement cannot be disabled.

Acceptable use

Your use of KWIK L must follow the acceptable use policy: no unsolicited messages where law or platform rules prohibit them, no fabricated reviews or engagement, and no content that misrepresents the business.

Billing

Prices and limits are published on the pricing page and exclude tax. No tax is added to card payments today; if KWIK L Inc has to add it, the payment page shows it before you pay. Plans are monthly, or yearly at ten months' price. Credits never top up by themselves.

When you pay by card, Stripe takes the payment on its own page; KWIK L never sees or stores your card number. A monthly plan renews each month until you cancel it in Settings, and stops at the end of the month you have paid for. A monthly plan can be switched to another monthly plan there; the difference is settled on the next invoice. A yearly plan ends after its year unless you renew it. If a payment fails, your plan's monthly credits pause until the card is updated; your account and data stay as they are.

Agency, Managed Growth, Enterprise and any plan agreed with you are invoiced by KWIK L Inc on the terms agreed with you.

Refunds

The first payment for a plan is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of it. A one-off job is refunded in full until our work on it starts. Write to support@kwikl.com from the email you paid with. Other payments are not refunded once their month or year has started, except where the law gives you that right.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, KWIK L's liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.
