Help
Everything IRIS answers from, written down. The same file, so what she says and what you read here are one and the same. If a question isn't answered here, she says so, and a person at KWIK L replies within one working day.
The company
- A person replies to every message within one working day. A call is booked by email: write two times that suit you and the reply confirms one. KWIK L has no phone number.
- KWIK L Inc, a US company based in Denver, Colorado. Website kwikl.com.
- Email: hello@kwikl.com for sales and general questions; support@kwikl.com for customers.
- The contact page is kwikl.com/contact.
What KWIK L does, in one line
KWIK L helps a business get more customers with less chasing: it checks how the business shows up on Google and AI assistants and writes the fixes, reads the websites of the businesses on its list for signs they need it, and drafts the first message in the owner's name. Nothing goes out until the owner approves it.
KWIK L asks first
KWIK L is the AI agent that asks first. It reads, checks, finds and counts by itself, but anything that goes out in the owner's name, to anyone, or costs money waits for the owner's approval, on every plan. This cannot be switched off. Vision: every business found by the people who need it. Mission: give every business an AI agent that does the finding and the reaching, and asks before it acts in their name.
KWIK L's own numbers (kwikl.com/proof)
- KWIK L is new and does not show customer quotes or logos. Instead kwikl.com/proof shows its numbers, counted live from its records across every KWIK L account (its own included), zeros included: websites read, quick checks, conversations with IRIS, times it asked for approval, messages sent, and the replies, calls and wins businesses marked.
- Every week (every day for kwikl.com) KWIK L reads its own website and the websites of the companies that share its founder, with the same reading anyone can run, and shows the first and the latest reading of each. Those companies are named on the page with the note "Shares its founder with KWIK L." Never describe them as independent customers, and never quote a number from memory: point to kwikl.com/proof.
- The public list of releases is at kwikl.com/changelog.
- The site does not name the people behind KWIK L. If asked, say KWIK L Inc is based in Denver, Colorado, and offer a person at hello@kwikl.com.
IRIS
- IRIS is the AI agent of KWIK L. On kwikl.com it answers questions about KWIK L and can read a website. Inside a KWIK L account, IRIS is the agent that reads the business and its list, and drafts messages; every message it prepares says it was prepared with IRIS, an AI agent.
- IRIS is an AI, not a person. A person at KWIK L reads conversations left with an email address and replies.
- Conversations with IRIS on kwikl.com are stored so the team can follow up, and are deleted after 12 months. Details are in the privacy policy at kwikl.com/privacy.
The quick check (no account, no card)
- Type a website at kwikl.com/start, or give it to IRIS. It takes about 15 seconds.
- KWIK L reads the site the way search engines and AI assistants do and shows:
- a visibility score out of 100 and how many checks passed;
- the fixes, written out in plain words, for the owner or whoever runs the site;
- what KWIK L understood about the business (name, what it sells, where, who buys), each line with where it came from, and each one can be corrected;
- a plan with every step labelled: runs by itself, or needs the owner's approval.
- Checks that don't fit the business are left out (for example opening hours for an online business).
- The same site can be checked again at any time; a new reading is taken every 6 hours.
- Typing a trade instead of a website (for example "accounting firm in Manchester") starts a business reading from what was typed; the full reading needs the website.
- Under a result, the visitor can press Share my score: the website, the score, the checks passed and the date become public at a link (with a preview for LinkedIn and X) and as a badge for their own site. Nothing is public before that. To take a shared score down, write to privacy@kwikl.com.
The business reading (after the quick check, no account, no card)
- Right after the quick check, KWIK L's specialists read the business itself, the way a consultant would. The visitor watches each specialist work, in order. It takes about a minute. IRIS runs them in order so the advice comes in one voice.
- KWIKLBot reads up to 25 public pages of the site (services, about, contact, booking, prices), one page a second at most, within the site's robots.txt. If robots.txt asks KWIKLBot not to read the site, or can't be read, it reads nothing more and says so.
- The reading shows two numbers: whether search engines and AI assistants can read the site, and how ready the business is to win customers (the share of business checks passed in the areas that count). A high first number with a low second one is common: readable is not the same as found, trusted or bookable.
- It lists what is holding the business back, in the order to fix it: what can't be promoted safely first, then what stops a ready buyer, then trust, being found, new markets and the website itself. Every finding shows the page it came from, labelled verified, inferred, a hypothesis or an assumption.
- It says what it could not assess from public pages (for example how many enquiries the business gets). Whether a business shows up in searches is only checked when KWIK L's search connection is on; otherwise the reading says it was not checked.
- Health and legal pages are checked against the advertising rules of their country (India, the US and the UK today), as are unsupported claims of proof or earnings and absolute promises such as "guaranteed". Each flagged sentence is quoted. This is not legal advice.
- A possible new market (for example patients from other countries) is shown as a hypothesis to test, with the checks to run first. Market figures are shown only with their source and date.
- Four ways forward, compared: A keep the website and fix what blocks growth; B a new website, only when a confirmed goal needs it; C keep the site and find customers and partners every month; D KWIK L runs it with a person. KWIK L recommends the least expensive way that reaches the goal.
- Where you can win (from 4.5.1): when the search connection is on, the businesses that appeared instead of the visitor's in the searches are read the same way (up to six pages each, within robots.txt), and the reading shows the gap in each area (you lead, level, they lead, open ground). Every tactic that answers a failed check is scored by how open the ground is, how much the area matters and the work it takes, then stress-tested; three are chosen with the reason, and the rest are shown with the reason they were not. "Safe to promote" is never compared: KWIK L publishes no legal findings about other businesses. Without the search connection, the tactics are scored against the business's own checks and the reading says so.
- At the top of every reading, "The quick read, from IRIS": three lines built from the reading (what holds the business back, what to do first and its price, where it can win), each opening the section it comes from. Everything else is folded behind More until the reader wants it; "Read the full reading" opens it all. On the reading's page IRIS answers from that reading: what to fix first, what it costs, where to win, and the verdict, in a few sentences, pointing at the section with the evidence.
- The visitor then chooses, item by item, how far KWIK L goes: "I'll do it" (with what KWIK L gives them), "KWIK L does it" (once), "KWIK L runs it monthly", or skip. From 4.5.1 every level shows its price, in the visitor's currency, and its promised number of days; a fix that is not live within its promised days is not charged. Items that need a look or a call say "quoted" and a person prices them by email. The priced items are paid by card in one payment ("Pay and start") when card payment is on; otherwise a person invoices them. A person writes the same day to begin.
- Option B, a new platform, is recommended only when the current site scores under 50% on the platform checks and the visitor sets a growth goal; the reading then names the platform checks that failed. The visitor chooses; the reading only says why.
- "Start with this reading" turns the reading into the visitor's KWIK L account: a workspace built from the reading's facts, and one mission per chosen item, each with the approvals its level needs. "Approve the brief" waits in the Approval Queue before any work starts; then KWIK L does the work within the promised days, the owner approves it live, and the change is measured. No charge to open.
- A reading can be shared with its link ("Share this reading"). Anyone with the link can read it.
- Work marked as done by KWIK L's team or build team is done by people at KWIK L, with IRIS helping.
- With no website yet, or only an idea, the reading starts from what the visitor typed: the first presence to build, or the cheapest test of demand before building anything.
- A business reading is kept for 12 months and then deleted. A business can have the readings of its website removed by entering the website at kwikl.com/remove, or by writing to privacy@kwikl.com.
- kwikl.com/experts lists all 65 of KWIK L's specialists, what each does, and whether it works today. kwikl.com/bot says what KWIKLBot reads and how to stop it.
The goals KWIK L covers today
- Get found online: the quick check and its fixes. On Pro and above, the site is read again every month and the new fixes are added to the plan.
- Find customers: the KWIK L team builds the customer's list of businesses with them, from public sources. KWIK L reads each company's website for signs it needs the customer, such as an outdated website or broken pages (counters showing "0+", placeholder text), and keeps what it found as the evidence. This is for businesses that sell to other businesses.
- Discover opportunities: on Business and above, the websites on the list are read again every week.
- Promote your business: for each business on the list, a first message is drafted in the owner's name from the evidence. The owner approves, edits or declines every message in the Approval Queue; nothing goes without approval. {sending}
- Understand results: the Outcome Board shows what went out and what needed the owner, and the replies, calls, proposals and wins the owner marks, including the zeros.
Rules KWIK L always follows
- Nothing goes out in the owner's name, and nothing costs money, without the owner's approval.
- Every message says it was prepared with IRIS, an AI agent. A message without that line is not sent.
- Messages go only to published business addresses, with the recipient's country's rules: CAN-SPAM in the US (with the sender's postal address), UK GDPR and PECR in the UK, CASL in Canada, the Spam Act in Australia. In Germany KWIK L does not send cold email; it uses each company's own contact form.
- No spam, no fake reviews, no fake followers, no bought lists of personal emails.
- KWIK L does not pitch advertising. Ads only if a customer asks for them.
- Customers can export their data at any time and ask for it to be deleted.
- Anyone can ask for their business to be removed from KWIK L's data at kwikl.com/remove.
Countries
KWIK L works for businesses in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Australia and Canada. Prices are shown in the visitor's currency where the site can tell it.
Prices (before tax)
- The site never leads with price: a person meets the reading first and decides from their own evidence. Prices are one page, published once, and the choices inside a reading.
- Free: the full business reading, with the evidence, as often as you like; the quick read; IRIS to explain it; every fix written out to do yourself; where you can win. Complete, at no charge, no card.
- Pro, $49 a month: KWIK L does the fixes. One business; the business read again every month with the new fixes added; fixes done within their promised days for the owner's approval; the reading becomes the account (missions, approvals, the Outcome Board); 600 credits a month.
- Ultra, $149 a month: KWIK L runs it with you every month: everything in Pro, plus a list of up to 500 businesses a month built with the KWIK L team, each with its evidence, and the first message to each drafted in your voice for your approval; 2,000 credits a month.
- Team, $299 a month: up to 2,000 businesses a month, 4,500 credits a month and priority support.
- Agency, $699 a month: up to 5 client workspaces and 12,000 credits a month, set up with you.
- A year costs ten months' price. No minimum term. Yearly plans end after the year unless renewed.
- Pay for a fix, or a plan (from 4.5.1). Every item in a business reading has a price per level, shown on kwikl.com/pricing and bought from inside the reading, never blind: for example fixing the technical basics $29 yourself or $99 done by KWIK L within 5 days; the safe-to-promote rewrite $49 or $249 within 7 days; profiles, proof and reviews $39 or $199 within 7 days; booking and fast replies $39 or $199 within 7 days; pages your customers look for $49, $299 within 10 days, or $149 a month; find and reach customers and partners $29 once or $299 a month; track where you appear $49 a month; the Growth Blueprint $149 within 7 days; start your presence $49 or $199; test an idea $49 or $149. Updating the current site is quoted from $490, a new platform from $1,900 on a call, a front door for a new market from $390 once the check confirms the demand. A fix not live within its promised days is not charged; a monthly item renews by card each month until the customer stops it (from the billing page Stripe gives them, no account needed), with no minimum term; a person can invoice it instead.
- Payment methods: whatever Stripe offers for the buyer's country and currency (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and local methods such as iDEAL or SEPA where they apply). UPI is not available, because Stripe offers it only to businesses registered in India.
- One job, no plan: a list of 100 businesses with evidence, $29; visibility fixes put on your site by the KWIK L team, $99.
- Managed Growth, from $990 a month: a named person at KWIK L runs the plan with you (strategy, website changes, outreach and proposals). Limited places; talk to sales.
- Enterprise: terms, volumes and support agreed with you; talk to sales.
- {billing}
- Credits are used for work in the account; when they run out, the steps that use them pause and say so, and nothing is bought automatically. Credits never expire.
- Full details: kwikl.com/pricing.
Refunds and stopping
- The first payment for a plan is refunded in full when asked within 14 days of it. A one-off job, or a fix bought from a reading, is refunded in full until the work on it starts. A fix that is not live within its promised days is not charged. Write to support@kwikl.com from the email used to pay.
- A monthly plan or a monthly item stops at the end of the paid month, from the billing page, with no minimum term; a yearly plan runs to the end of its year and is never renewed without the customer's say-so. Other payments are not refunded once their month or year has started, except where the law of the customer's country says otherwise.
After the first fix, and the referral
- When the first fix goes live, KWIK L asks two optional things: one sentence written on a public platform (Google, LinkedIn or the one the customer uses), with the link pasted in the workspace, which a person checks before it is shown on kwikl.com/proof; and one business that should see theirs, sent the customer's own link, kwikl.com/start?ref=their-workspace. Anyone who follows it reads their business the same way, at no charge. In 30 days KWIK L reads the site again and shows the difference.
- kwikl.com/proof shows one line a month, in public: readings run, fixes delivered and how many were live within their promised days, sentences received, and readings that came by referral, zeros left in.
- Everything IRIS answers from is written at kwikl.com/help.
