Know when a business you saved has something new
Every Monday we read the websites of the businesses you saved again. When one is hiring, opening somewhere new, launching a service or posting news, your team gets one email with the words from its own website and the date.
- Each business with something new, and what changed
- The exact words from its website, with the date
- How it asks to be contacted
- A link to your saved list and your team's notes
How Signals works
- 1
Save the businesses that fit
Press Save on any business in a search. It goes to your workspace with its evidence and contact details.
- 2
We read them again every Monday
Each saved website is read again, following its robots.txt, and compared with what we read before.
- 3
Your team hears what changed
One email lists the businesses with a new reason to get in touch. Weeks with nothing new are quiet.
- 4
You decide who to contact
Add a note for your team, download the list for your CRM, and write from your own email.
What counts as a reason
Only what the business publishes about itself. A dated item older than four months doesn't count.
- Hiring
- A role they're recruiting for, which may mean growth or a gap you could fill.
- Opening somewhere new
- A new office, clinic, branch or showroom.
- Something new
- A new service or product they've announced.
- Recent news
- A dated post or notice on their own site.
Plans and credits
Signals comes with Ultra, Team and Agency. Each business read uses one credit. If credits run out, the rest wait for the next week, and the email says so.
For your whole team
On the Team plan, up to ten colleagues share one list, see each other's notes and get the same Monday email.
