Setting it up
- 1
Choose your name
kwikl.com/book/your-name, or a name for each person on your team.
- 2
Set your hours
The days and hours you take meetings, the length of one, and the buffer before and after.
- 3
Connect your calendar, or not
Google and Microsoft connect two-way; any other calendar's busy address keeps booked times off the page.
- 4
Share the link
In your email signature, in your first messages, on your website, or from the website assistant.
What the guest sees
A clean page with your name, the times that are free, and nothing to sign up for.
- Times in their zone
- Free times are shown in the guest's time zone, with yours noted.
- Confirmation
- A confirmation by email at once, with the time in both zones, the link or the address, and a cancel link.
- Reminders
- A reminder 24 hours before and another 1 hour before.
- Cancel or move
- The cancel link in the confirmation lets the guest cancel or pick another time; your calendar updates.
In your workspace
Every booking is a meeting in your workspace, so the people, the thread and the result stay together.
- Tied to the business
- If the guest is from a saved business, the meeting is attached to it, with the evidence and the messages.
- Results
- What came of the meeting is recorded with it: a proposal, a sale, or a loss with its reason.
- The team
- Each person's booking page uses their own hours and calendar; the meetings are seen by the whole team.
