Google Calendar and Microsoft 365
Sign in once and the connection is two-way: meetings booked in KWIK L appear in your calendar, your busy times keep those slots off your booking page, and a change on either side shows on the other.
Zoho, Apple and every other calendar
No connection needed. Each booked meeting arrives in your mail as an invitation your calendar adds with one click; a cancellation removes it. Your meetings are also one subscribe feed, a webcal address you add once, and your own calendar's busy address keeps booked times off your booking page.
How we choose the route for you
- 1
We look at your business mail
If your mail is Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, we recommend the two-way connection.
- 2
Or the invitation route
For every other mail and calendar, we recommend invitations plus the subscribe feed. It needs no sign-in.
- 3
You can change it
Connect or disconnect a calendar under Settings at any time.
- 4
Nothing is written without a connection
We never write to a calendar you did not connect. The invitation route only sends you mail.
What a meeting carries
Whichever route you use, the meeting in your calendar carries what you need to walk in prepared.
- The business and the evidence
- Who you are meeting and the reason they fit, from their own website.
- The thread
- The messages that led to the meeting.
- The link
- The video link, or the address, as the guest chose.
- Reminders
- The guest gets a reminder 24 hours and 1 hour before; you can turn yours on under Settings.
