KWIK L

Where KWIK L works

We follow each country's own rules for a first contact, its working week, its language, its currency and its tax. A country is opened only after its rules are reviewed.

Find my customersHow an opt-out works

For every open country
  • How a first contact may go, checked before anything is written
  • Messages sent in business hours of its working week
  • Drafts in its language, right to left where the language reads that way
  • Checkout in its currency, tax added where it applies
  • A numbered invoice, e-invoicing where the country asks for it

More countries open as their reviews complete. In a country that is not yet open you can still search and save businesses; writing to them waits for the review.

What a review covers

Before a country opens, a person at KWIK L reads its rules on unsolicited business messages, calls and texts, its data protection law, its tax on what we sell, and how invoices must be issued. The result is a set of rules the workspace applies on its own.

A first contact
Whether a business may be emailed with an opt-out, only at an address it published for enquiries, or only through its contact form and channels it opted in to.
The working week
Messages go out in business hours of the country's week, Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday.
Language and direction
Drafts are written in the country's languages, right to left where the language reads that way.
Tax and invoices
Checkout in the local currency, tax added where it applies, and e-invoicing where the country mandates it.
