Your currency
The price you see on the pricing page and the price you pay are the same figure, in your currency. There is no conversion at your bank.
- Set by your country
- The currency follows the country of your workspace. You can change it under Settings before your first payment.
- Thirteen currencies
- USD, GBP, EUR, AED, AUD, CAD, SGD, NZD, SAR, INR, ZAR, MYR, CHF.
- Elsewhere
- In a country without its own currency at checkout yet, you pay in US dollars.
Tax
Tax is added at checkout where the rule of your country applies it to what we sell. The amount and the rate are shown before you pay.
- Businesses with a tax number
- Enter your VAT, GST or tax number under Settings. Where the rule allows, tax is not charged and the invoice says why.
- Shown before you pay
- The checkout shows the price, the tax and the total, in your currency, before you confirm.
- On the invoice
- Every invoice shows the tax rate, the amount, our tax number and yours.
Invoices
A numbered invoice for every payment, the moment it is made, under Settings. Nothing to ask for.
- Numbered and dated
- Each invoice has its own number in sequence, the date, what it is for and the period it covers.
- Your details
- Your business name, address and tax number, as you entered them under Settings.
- E-invoicing
- Where your country mandates e-invoicing, the invoice is issued through that country's system as well, in the format it asks for.
- Download any time
- PDF, from Settings, for every payment you have ever made.
Prices are on one page: See prices. The countries we work in, with their currency and whether e-invoicing applies, are on Where KWIK L works.
