KWIK L ONE on your desk
ONE, on your desk.
The front desk that answers every customer, now in glass on your counter. It greets, it listens, it shows you what needs you, and it takes your yes by voice.
- Ships with 8.0, May 2027
- Included with the annual Business plan

Rendering of the design. The product ships with 8.0.
What it does on the counter
- Greets
- A customer walks in: the counter side says hello, takes their name and what they need, and tells the right person.
- Listens
- Say “Hey ONE” and ask anything about the day: who wrote, who is booked, what is waiting. Nothing is heard until you say the words, and a light shows when it is.
- Shows
- New messages, bookings and the 07:00 brief, as pictures you can read from across the room. A light ring shows the state of the day: calm, waiting for you, or urgent.
- Decides with you
- A reply is waiting for your yes? Say “yes” or tap the top. One tap, and it is sent.
How it works
The cube holds nothing but a screen, a microphone, a speaker and a small browser that opens kwikl.com. Everything it knows lives in your KWIK L ONE account, the same account as your desk and your phone. Sign in once and all three show the same day. If the cube ever breaks, sign in anywhere else: nothing was stored on it.

Questions owners ask
Is it listening all the time?
No. It listens for the two words “Hey ONE” on the device itself, and no sound leaves it until it hears them. A light shows when it is listening.
What happens if I cancel?
The cube stops. Your data was never on it, and your export is yours for 30 days, as always.
Can customers use it?
Yes. The counter side greets visitors, takes a name and a need, and tells your team. It never shows your private messages to a customer.
